Dharana Yog was established to educate climbing athletes on mindful, functional movements and pain-free application, for them to adopt as part of their training. All classes are structured together to provide these athletes with the experience of holistic learning in continuing Yoga + Movement + Wellness education, for them to heal, improve and optimise their sports performances.
Our yoga teachers and movement specialists works closely with climbing coaches and institutions/organisations to ensure athletes are well-conditioned for competitions and outdoor climbs.
Located within a bouldering facility, Boulder World Singapore, we also offers both group and private/corporate yoga classes for all level of practitioners. Our practice are ranged from a gentle Aromatherapy-infused Yin to Basics to Flow practices.
